What is the cost to purchase RISE21 On Demand?

If you did not attend RISE21, the cost to access RISE21 On Demand is $250 per person. On-demand content is free for RISE21 attendees. There is no special pricing for earlybirds or NADCP members. 

 

I attended RISE21 but never received an email with instructions for accessing on-demand content.

An email is sent to each RISE21 registrant from the NADCP E-Learning Center email address noreply@talentlms.com. Depending on your agency's firewall, the email might be in your spam folder. If so, mark the email as not spam to ensure delivery of future emails from the NADCP E-Learning Center, including session completion certificates for continuing education credit. If you cannot find the email in your spam folder, contact Shane Wolf, Director of E-Learning, at swolf@nadcp.org.

 

How do I pay for RISE21 On Demand?

PayPal is the preferred payment method. To register and submit payment, click here and scroll down to Register Here. Click Register Here and in the new screen, select Get This Course. You will be prompted to sign up for an NADCP e-learning account. Once your account is set up, you will be directed to log into PayPal to pay the registration fee. You will receive an email confirming payment and will be able to access the online courses within 24 hours of payment. Checks will also be accepted. To pay by check email to registration@allrsie.com and must be made out to the National Association of Drug Court Professionals, include a copy of the invoice, and be received before December 1, 2021. 

 

I registered and paid for RISE21 On Demand but can't access the content.

Plan on gaining access to on-demand content within 24 hours of payment, or, if you registered over a weekend, then expect access on the next business day. You will receive an email from the NADCP E-Learning Center email address noreply@talentlms.com informing you that your access to the content is active. If you have not received access in the indicated timeframes, contact Shane Wolf, Director of E-Learning, at swolf@nadcp.org.

 

How many sessions are included in RISE21 On Demand?

The on-demand content includes 13 sessions from your favorite speakers like Dr. Doug Marlowe, Dr. Shannon Carey, Dr. David Mee-Lee, Paul Cary, and more. As a bonus, you will also receive access to the opening and All Rise ceremonies at no extra cost.

 

How many continuing education credits can I get, and how do I get them?

RISE21 On Demand offers up to 14 hours of continuing education credit. You will receive a certificate with the total hours for each session after completing the evaluation. While in each session, you can download the session description in the course files that will be needed when seeking continuing education credit approval.

 

How long will I have access to RISE21 On Demand?

RISE21 On Demand will be available until December 31, 2021.
